I specialize in helping adults overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, social anxiety and difficult life transitions. I recognize that life is busy so I work closely with my clients to prioritize goals, develop effective treatment plans and focus on strengths and successes. My outcome-based treatment approaches vary depending on the unique set of challenges, but generally involve a blend of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative and mindfulness based strategies. I believe therapy should never feel uncomfortable, boring or stagnant so I use authenticity, empathy, humor and a focus on strengths. A Bay Area native, I earned my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley and completed my doctorate at the California School of Professional Psychology. As a mom and a LaMorinda resident, I am aware of the numerous positive opportunities and the nuanced challenges encountered by families in our community.
